Create Docker Swarm installation

Rafael Reggiani Manzo requested to merge 31-create-a-production-installation-using-docker-swarm into master

This addresses the part of installing and configuring the swarm to hosts listed as part of the inventory.

The plan is to have a second playbook for stack deployment (the services).

Later we shall modify the hosts inventory file in order to apply these changes to Revoada.
