Stop showing all procedures on index

Usually a user won't be interested in viewing all the records but a limited set according to specified search fields.

In case of looking for the entire dataset, one can still access it by searching with no parameters.

This is expected to ease the application load by avoiding the heaviest processing task we know so far.
