Add most charts to dynamic chart sections

Diego de Araújo Martinez Camarinha requested to merge 71-general-data-dynamic-charts into master

This MR adds support for switching between most of the dynamic charts. Only treemap charts are missing (corresponding to the icd categories variables).

Support for those will come in future commits and MRs.
