Display hospitalizations per age code bar chart on general data page

This is one of a series of charts in the hospitalization section

It's not exactly like the previous one because we don't have the intensity mapping. This I plan to add to all the charts that require it at once. I just need to understand what it represents first.

We also have a problem on ordering the age codes. They are the best codes and we cannot order them correctly in an easy way. We'll wait and see if they complain.
