New Inkscape default theme -

@jabiertxof and I think we should create a new Inkscape theme witch should be only officially supported theme by Inkscape. This will give us the freedom to make it work for Inkscape for every distribution and this heme should be. Every other them should be maintained and supported by upstream.
Attributes of this theme
- Look clean
- do not water space
- should work perfectly on Linux windows and mac + lots of testing
- should work for smaller and bigger screens resolutions
- have enough contrast for highlights
- have 2 variants light and dark
What else
- maybe if we want to push this idea even farther we could choose some parameters of this theme that could be customizable right in preferences (same as a multicolor theme). for example, give control of colors of highlights in the theme.
