Set full opacity for text in latex-pdf output

It was previously accidentally set to fully transparent.

NOTE: I could not see the text even in old versions of inkscape - I believe this is fixed because I can see that we're no longer writing out the transparent=0 bit. But I think my latex setup is missing the color.sty and transparent.sty plugins, but I'm not a latex guy.
