Fix breakage with Ubuntu 26.04 CI

These are the test suite changes that will be required for Linux CI to pass after it gets upgraded to Ubuntu 26.04 by inkscape-ci-docker!64 (merged).

They don't pass on current CI, so inkscape-ci-docker!64 (merged) MR has to be merged first, then this merged immediately after to avoid disruption.

Pipelines showing successful builds with the new image: inkscape-ci-docker / lib2geom / inkscape

Questions for @marcjeanmougin / @doctormo:

  • Is 3bd629c1 ok - I hope this baggage can be dropped now.
  • Why were all the reference images testfiles/cli_tests/testcases/pdfoutput/expected/03-test-strokes-*.png 0-byte pngs, and is it ok to update them?
