Revert to Ctrl+Shift to trigger remove from selection

Revert to using Ctrl+Shift to trigger a remove from selection. To test this you need to reset your preferences, or manually change the "Remove from Selection" in the Keyboard Shortcut settings to Ctrl+Shift.
