Fix LAB decoding in Adobe ASE swatch file

Fix for #5372

Note: CIELab color conversion in v1.4 uses CIE standard illuminant D65. Printing industry settled on D50. That will lead to discrepancies between certain colors. Inkscape v1.5 should be able to handle that explicitly with ICC profiles. v1.4 is stuck with sRGB.
