Add ellipsize end to page labels in page selector

Vaibhav Malik requested to merge VaibhavMalik4187/inkscape:page-selector-label-ellipsis into 1.4.x

This commit sets the max-width-chars and the ellipsize property for the page name labels in the PageSelector widget. This allows the window to resize to much smaller dimensions even with very long page names.
