Update graphics for 1.4 release
- Update about screen to about screen winner
- Remove other about screens and dev-banner
- Replace welcome screen graphics with other runner-ups
- Remove start-welcome-text from welcome screens
- Remove untranslatable text from various graphics and cleanup
