Fix A4 zine template active layer
The template started out with a locked layer being the active layer. Now the correct 'Design Area' layer is active.
Needs a forward port to master.
The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features.
