Internationalization fix
Inkscape codebase could have directly used glib internationalization without the need of glibmm/i18n.h Tested it on my system but further reviews are highly appreciated.
The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features.
