Fixed broken lock aspect ratio button image

Vaibhav Malik requested to merge VaibhavMalik4187/inkscape:select-toolbar-lock-ratio-fix into 1.4.x

  • This commit fixes the warnings generated on clicking the lock aspect ratio button in the select toolbar.

  • Set the initial image of the lock aspect ratio button to object-unlocked. And from now onwards, the button will reflect the right image based on its state.
