Making v1.5 UI resemble v1.4

This is WIP. Fixing visual bugs that crept into v1.5 during transition to gtk4.

  • Recreating compact Minwaita theme from Inkscape v1.4
  • Various tweaks to restore v1.4 look and feel where it makes sense
  • Fixed (to a degree) marker popup
  • Fixed pattern editor glitches
  • Little crash dialog improvements
  • All toolbars: tuning alignment and margins of widgets
  • Fixed resizing in Doc Properties
  • Fixes for icon scaling (to skip spinbuttons)
  • Fixed Swatches dialog layout
  • Added save confirmation dialog button margins

...and more little tweaks.
