Draft: GTK4: Toolbars resize improvements

  • Items will now move into the popovers one at a time, and the number of children to move in/out of the toolbar/popover can be set for each toolbar menu button.

  • Multiple consecutive ToolbarMenuButtons have been removed and merged into one.

  • Icons and arrows have been added to the menu buttons.
