Fix libproxy and GIO modules link paths

Testing with the extension manager revealed that libproxy (a new dependency introduced by an update of another dependency) has a backend library in a subfolder of lib, which requires special care during the packaging process (manual adjustments), otherwise it fails to load. The issue that surfaced is an error dialog when closing the extension manager - quite noticeable from a user's perspective:
