Don't overwrite marker viewports on write

Martin Owens requested to merge doctormo/inkscape:fix-3759-marker-viewport into master

We need to respect the viewport that is attached to a marker and not rewrite it on importing it. This changed the pin marker which has an interesting viewport.

The pin has been cleaned up further to help make cleaner user documents.
