Draft: LPE Corners - UI redesign

Refactor LPE fillet chamfer in a new way to handle LPE. Deliver to ux#3 changes:

• swichbox icons for metode
• swichbox icons for type of chanfer
• radius and units in one row
• percent are in unit box
• node selection is automatic (if nothing is selected it changes apply to all nodes if some nodes are selected changes are applied only to selected nodes )
• advanced options are hidden under roll up :
• radius / distance is switch
