Enhance "Add Layer" dialog by changing combo box to radio buttons

In the "Add Layer" dialog there are only three options for a new layer position: "Above current", "Below current" and "As sublayer of current". I think it would be nice to change drop-down combo list to radio buttons.

There are a couple UX advantages: 1) none of the options is hidden, all three are visible at once; 2) only a single mouse click is needed to change an option (with the combo, every change is two clicks).
