Fix spellchecking on macOS

René de Hesselle requested to merge dehesselle/inkscape:fix_spellcheck_macos into master

Spellchecking now works on macOS, which is the most visible improvement with this MR. Since the fix is based on a custom patch, the build pipeline needs an update as well.
