Updated measurement tool

Giambattista Caltabiano requested to merge gcaltabiano/inkscape:updatemeasuretool into master
  • added dX & dY measurements
  • added functionality to copy le length measurement to the clipboard (system clipboard so it can be pasted to external software).
  • changed the colour of the text for the Convert to Item option to Dark Navy so it is visible

I have changed 5 files: action-tools.cpp to update the tooltip clipboard.cpp & .h to add a function to be able to copy a string to the clipboard measure-tool.cpp & .h to make the necessary changes
