While hovering over items in the objects dialog it's sometimes necessary to know what objects are within that layer. This feature makes every item that is a sibling, translucent when you hold the ALT key. Making only the hovered item opaque.
Inspired by watching a twitch streamer using inkscape and getting stuck not knowing which layers contained which items.
