Add ISO/IEC 7810 ID cards to page options

ISO/IEC 7810 defines standard dimensions for Identification cards. As part of the standard definition, the following ID card dimensions are defined:

ID-1 Standard ID card
ID-2 French ID card and visas
ID-3 Passports
ID-000 SIM card

ID-1 dimensions are already present in Inkscape "Page size" section in document properties. But specifies in landscape style. The existing dimensions are suitable for almost all government issued identification cards like social security cards and bank cards like credit cards.

The new dimensions specify portrait styles for ID-1 and ID-2 for vertical identification cards.

ID-3 and ID-000 are in landscape orientation.
