This MR fix a issue when user configure a theme with low contrast The default color is wrong and the toogle of the dark theme is switched.

Pointed by Ramon Miranda over Grafica Libre team

Steps to reproduce: Use a dark theme, select a low contrast, close and open inkscape. Result theme broken.
