Remove language selections, it does not do what it says it does.

The preferences for spell checker do not do what they say they do. Instead they act as a psuedo combo box filler which almost always fills the combo box with a single item confusing users into believing there is only one possible language to spell check.

This is a user experience fix, removing code.
