Automatic linked fills for taper stroke, power stroke, join type

When tapering lines after coloring a work, it is frequently desirable to keep a linked copy of the object's current fill beneath the object. This MR modifies Inkscape to perform this task automatically when the live effects Join type, Power stroke, or Taper stroke are applied to an object containing both a fill and a stroke.
