The gcodetools extension didn't work properly in Inkscape > 0.91 anymore, due to some hard-coded values, which produced wrong orientation points. This fix by inkscapecommunity user Shockster removes them. I couldn't test under real-world conditions myself, but multiple users confirmed that it works with this change.
