opacity is ignored when exporting to emf
Steps to reproduce:
I generate a bunch of plots in SVG using python+matplotlib. When I open the plots in Inkscape, they look great. When I export to EMF, the symbols are filled with black instead of white. See attached files for examples. It was working properly a few months ago. I suspect something changed with matplotlib or my scripts, I can't figure what though...
What happened?
Symbols are filled with black.
What should have happened?
Symbols should be filled with white.
Inkscape Version and Operating System:
Bug verified with :
- Inkscape 0.92.2 on Windows 7
- Inkscape 0.92.4 on Windows 7
- Inkscape 0.92.4 on Linux Debian 10
- Inkscape 1.0beta2 on Windows 7
Tested opening buggy EMF with :
- Inkscape
- LibreOffice
- Visio
Tested opening original SVG with :
- Inkscape (various)
- Firefox
- Chrome
- Visio
Saving to WMF is affected (symbols filled in back).
Saving to SVG and PDF with Inkscape does not seem to be affected.
I also verified that if I import the original SVG in Visio and export it to EMF, then when I open that EMF, the symbols are properly filled with white. In other words, Visio does no show this bug. I can attach that EMF file as needed, however it's big.
