Ctrl+click dot size - Incorect multiplication in pen/pencil preferences
Steps to reproduce:
- open Inkscape
- open pencil preferences
- set ctrl+click dot size to 3 "times current stroke width" (double click on pencil tool)
- open pencil tool
- draw a line of 1px (0.265 mm)
- draw a dot by hitting Ctrl+LMB
What happened?
...The dot is 3mm instead of 0.795mm
What should have happened?
...dot should have been three times the current stroke width
Tried with other measures, the preferences set directly the dimensions of the dot (in mm) instead of setting a multiple of stroke's width as stated in the preferences (..."times current stroke width")
Observations
Looks like multiplicator use incorrect math (current behaivior):
- 10px x 10x multiplicator in preferences = 500 px circle (should be 100px)
- 10px x 3x multiplicator in preferences = 15 px circle (should be 30px)
- 10px x 1x multiplicator in preferences = 5 px circle (should be 1px)
Inkscape Version and Operating System:
- Inkscape Version: 1.0beta2
- Operating System: MacOs
- Operating System version: 10.13.06
