View > Guides is not in Sync with Document Properties "Show guides"
Steps to reproduce:

Create a new document

Insert a Guideline on canvas

Go to: View > Guides and select it (by default it is not selected). Now the Guideline is hidden (opposite beahviour).

Go to: File > Document Properties... > Guides

Toggle "Show guides" a few times Inkscape applies correctly the enable/disable action.
Same happens with Grids.
What happened?
The Guideline/Grid visibility is not is sync with View > Page Grid/Guides

What should have happened?
The Guideline/Grid visibility should always be in sync with Document Properties and View > Page Grid/Guides
