cmake fails to find DoubleConversion when building on ChromeOS
Steps to reproduce:
Follow the steps to build Inkscape in ChromeOS Crostini Linux (Debian)
What happened?
Got to the step to create the makefile with Crostini
mkdir build && cd build && cmake ..
Cmake failed with the following error stack

Cmake should have created the makefile ...
