0 or 100 lightness resets hue to 0 (HSL/HSV slider)
Migrated from https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/1565262
Related to #601
Steps to reproduce:
- open Inkscape
- create blue rectangle
- change lightness to maximum or minimum (0)
- move it back to a mid-range value
What happened?
- Objects turn red even when exclusively changing lightness
What should have happened?
- Objects should memorize their initial lightness when the slider changes (at least till deselection)
