Inkscape doesn't remember unmaximizing, defaults to maximized window on reopen
Summary:
When resizing inkscape main window with double click (for example you make it big and then you go back to small) inkscape will forget the window geometry and always default to big window, this is annoying if you close the program and reopen it, or in my case if you are refreshing the UI with a script.
Steps to reproduce:
- open Inkscape
- set "Remember and use last window geometry" in preferences (now if you resize the window and close it and reopen it, it will remember the size)
- double click on the window top bar to resize to max, and double click again to resize to small
- close Inkscape
- open Inkscape
- now Instead of remember the small size, it is going to be big
What happened?
inkscape did not save the last window size
What should have happened?
inkscape should have opened the window small with the last size
