statusbar elements relocated

hello guys I wanted to relocate the layer options to go after the layer button rect13208

the reasons:

  1. for the new users it throws them off because its the opposed order to the fill and stroke subject before it rect102837
  2. there is no clear separation between the name of the layer and the text of the help next to it as seen in the screenshot above
  3. it will respect the same order as in the new layer dialog (less fragmentation in UI)
  4. a safer placement to avoid locking or hiding the layer by accident if we want to increase the stroke width and visversa.
