Opening .cdr file in Inkscape reduces all dimensions by 25%

Steps to reproduce:

Opening .cdr file in Inkscape messes up measurements.

What happened?

All measures from .cdr file are 25% smaller in Inkscape (see attached 100mmx100mm box from Corel, which becomes 75mmx75mm box in Inkscape)

What should have happened?

Measures should be the same as in Corel.
