New text jumps to position 0,0 because Shape-inside property is added to active style
Summary:
Typing in text to a text object that does not have size restrictions makes it jump to 0x0
Steps to reproduce:
Possible preliminary steps:
- Start Inkscape
- Select the text tool
- Click and drag and create some SVG2 autoflowed text (add some text)
- click elsewhere and create some SVG1.1 text (add some text)
- Copy the SVG2 text, and paste style onto the SVG1.1 text
- Double click on the text tool icon (opens preferences for text)
- Change Style of new objects to last used style
This also happens with this tools own style, if you just take from selection
From now on:
- Start Inkscape or close document
- Select the text tool
- Single click in a position to add text. (DO NOT drag a box)
- You will see the cursor flasing in the position where you clicked.
- Soon as you start typing the cursor, the newly typed text jumps to position 0,0
What happened?
Text jumped to position 0,0
What should have happened?
Text should not move, and should not inherit the shape-inside reference from the active style
