New guide origin indicators mostly drawn off-center

Summary:

See screenshot (zoom in):

2020-11-19_17-04

Steps to reproduce:

  • open Inkscape
  • drag a guide out of the ruler

What happened?

See above.

What should have happened?

The dot should be centered on the guide. Additionally... I preferred the rings. The dot just looks like a random drawing element.

Version Info:

- Inkscape Version: 1.1-dev (0a34ce105a, 2020-11-17)
- Operating System: LM 20
