stroke-dasharray renders wrong with scientific notation (e.g. 1.0E0)
Steps to reproduce:
- open Inkscape
- open inkscape-stroke-dasharray-scientific.svg
What happened?
Renders similar to gitlab.com/inkscape/inkscape/-/issues/692
