Setup/try out readthedocs or similar to auto-build Beginners' Manual
As flossmanuals proves to be unstable (exporting doesn't work at all currently), inflexible (doesn't even have code blocks for command line instructions) and hard to maintain (impossible to update images, to search+replace in multiple files), I've started an experiment with Sphinx and reStructured text, which gives us all the freedom and editability, at the cost of editing the manual being less WYSIWYG (gitlab provides a (limited) preview for rst, though).

The next step would be to select a website that can automatically build the guide for us, and to see how/if it works. -
I'd also like to have an 'edit this page on gitlab' button in the html version of the document. -
Some basic formatting needs to be prepared and decided on, so everyone will know how to work on the guide while keeping it consistent throughout. -
Then, we'd need to add some more admins and ask for making this official, so it can be a part of the Inkscape project.
After that has been accomplished, links would need to be updated and added in various places.
