Moving objects with a Wacom Pen, then saving as PDF results in the object position being wrong
Summary:
Moving objects around with the Wacom Pen (not Mouse) results in the position not being correctly saved for those objects.
Steps to reproduce:
- open Inkscape
- select objects and move them with the Pen
- save as PDF
It is not reproducible doing the same with a Mouse.
What happened?
- PDF (opened with evince) shows incorrect location as compared to the source SVG
opening the "saved as" PDF file back into Inkscape itself also shows the wrong location
What should have happened?
the objects should be saved in the positions shown as it is seen in Inkscape (when working as SVG)
Sample attachments:
See screenscast of moving two pink objects with the Pen, then saving as PDF and opening it side by side with the PDF viewer and Inkscape where the "saved as" PDF happened. (It also shows the jumping of objects issue as reported in #9734.)

Sample source SVG file, before moving the objects:
Save as PDF after moving both pink objects, but only one is saved in the correct location:
