MacOS 1.0 Beta cannot run python scripts
Steps to reproduce:
- open Inkscape
- open an SVG
- select File->Save
- Select 'Optimized SVG' as the file format.
- From the 'optimized SVG' click 'okay' to continue.
- The following stack trace appears in a dialog:

Code has to be at least ad-hoc signed.
What happened?
I've tried a few extensions and seen the same kind of error, for instance Extensions->Color->Black and White...
What should have happened?
The scripts should have ran!
