How would you start Inkscape from anew in another language immediately
Summary:
I have started translating Inkscape into Vietnamese and came across text lines for splash screen, such as
Show this every time
New Document
Time to Draw
Then I translated it, reset the Inkscape to default system settings. At this step, the file 'preferences.xml' (language="") is set to blank, indicating forcing the system falling back to default, ie. English. I was wondering how would I then restart the software in Vietnamese then, without having to edit the 'preferences.xml' (not many new users would know there even this file). If you do know, you can actually enter 'vi' into the value field for 'language' key, save the changes before starting Inkscape. This file is located deep in
/Library/Application\ Support/org.inkscape.Inkscape/config/inkscape/
Steps to reproduce:
Start Inkscape by clicking on the icon Immediately notice the possibility to start in a language of choice other than English
What happened?
Immediately facing with English opening interface, there is no choice but...
What should have happened?
There should be an Interface Language choosing choice before entering into the software

Extra info
I have just changed the entire system's language to use Vietnamese, and reset Inkscape so it can pickup SYSTEM DEFAULT and IT IS. After restarted, Inkscape picked up in Vietnamese, so this is ARGUABLE. It worked as designed but lacking the flexibility. As a translator living abroad, I always set my system in English, because I'm living in UK, would love to have the facility to switch to a desired language independent from resetting the entire OS.
