1.0 menu dropdowns appear atop wrong monitor, occupying full-width of 4k secondary monitor
Summary:
Inkscape 1.0 Application menu dropdowns jump out of application window to span across top of entire 4K secondary monitor (Windows 10 Pro on Surface Pro 7 with Dell 4K second monitor in Extended Desktop mode).
Steps to reproduce:
- open Inkscape 1.0 on Windows 10 Pro using Surface Pro 7 (all patches up to date as at 30 May 2020) and Dell 4K monitor (connected via USB-C to HDMI) configured as secondary monitor in extended desktop mode.
- drag Inkscape application window from primary monitor (Surface Pro 7 native monitor) to secondary monitor (4K Dell Monitor). Inkscape application window can be either full screen or less than full screen.
- click on any menu item (e.g. File, Edit, View, Layer etc etc.)

- Menu options are rendered relative to the position of the menu item clicked in the application window.
