Text without xml:space="preserve": Cursor is moved when breaking line
Steps to reproduce:
- open Inkscape
- open attached file which contains a default text created by Inkscape, but the xml:space="preserve" attribute has been removed: text_break.svg
- Move the cursor before "World"
- hit enter twice
What happened?
Result:
Hello
W
orld
The space in front of "World" is deleted after the first break, which moves the cursor behind the "W".
What should have happened?
Hello
World
Another symptom of this bug is described in https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/166928: Press space multiple times in the text from the test file. Even when no space is inserted (because there already is one), the cursor is moved.
