Liveshape styles issue 51

This contributes to #51 by adding the parsing functionality required to add new-style styling information to the SVG elements.

Changes

  • Test access of art styles in setup

  • Parse and access commands in sections starting with %_

  • Add style one-line commands

  • Add test to parse SimpleStyle content
