Fallback to Bezier Curves for unimplemented features, Fix any duplicates

Live Paint Objects always had a duplicate group that needed to be removed, and Brushes only rendered the base curves, we should fall back to the bezier for those.

Changes

  • Fallback to Bézier for Brushes.
  • Fallback to Bézier for Effects (Offset, etc.)
  • Remove Duplicate groups from Live Paint Objects.
