What does the merge request do?

Add extension removeDuplicateNodes

Summary for release notes

The extension remove duplicate nodes and nodes closer than a given threshold. Option also to close paths and join subpaths if the nodes are separated by less than given thresholds.

Checklist

  • Add unit tests (have started, but need some help)
  • Only tested with windows (Inkscape 1.1, 1.2) by author, testing Mac and Linux?
