⚙ ️ France Connect POC 2 with DS code and openid_connect

PoC for FranceConnect based on Demarches Simplifiees's code
It uses gem openid_connect which adds quite a few dependencies unfortunately, and seems completely out of the omniauth style.
It seems to work rather effortlessly though. I just went all the way to displaying the infos got from FC, not using them to create and login a user
