Dropbox Re-Connection Issue
I recently factory reset my Apple iPhone 12 pro max (latest iOS 15.1.1). I set up as a fresh device, and I am re-inserting new settings, iCloud syncs, and so forth. All apps that were syncing with some form of native or third-party service restored just fine. However I am having trouble restoring my ServicePlanner data. I did verify that the data is there and all the sub folders are correct. The account is the same. I’m attaching a screenshot to show what happens. After logging in using email and password, the name and email does not update at the top, and the sync just spins for a really long time. But no data is restored. Some troubleshooting I already attempted was removing or deleting any previous devices on dropbox.com .
